Privacy Policy: How We Use Your Data

For us to operate our business and provide you with our services to you, it is occasionally necessary for us (Advanced Driving Academy) to collect or process information about you. This information will typically take one or more of the following forms:

When you get in touch with us or make an enquiry, we will ask you to provide us with the necessary information. This will allow us to provide you with the services you require. We will hold and retain your personal information for a prescribed length of time, dependant on your relationship with us, as follows: 
  • For all enquiries, we will hold your personal data for a period of 6 months. 
  • Once you become a customer/client of Advanced Driving Academy, by making a purchase, we will hold your information for the length of time you are an active customer/client, plus 6 complete financial years from your last recorded activity.  This is in line with financial and accounting regulations. 
  • We will only ever share your data with the following third parties, where it is necessary to provide you with a service.

    • Service providers who provide IT and administrative support services.

To help protect your information and data, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal data which you have provided us with. We use Google Analytics to gain insight and understanding of how individuals use our site. When users visit our site, information about their visit (including pages visited and session duration) are sent anonymously to Google Analytics (Google).  The data collected contains information about all website users and their devices, and all data and information stored are completely anonymous. Users can not be identified from this data. Google Analytics does not contain personal data, and as such, we do not specifically ask for your prior consent. 

We use HubSpot as our Customer Relationship Management System. This system can provide us with information relating to your use of our products and services. This provides us with general website analytics similarly to Google Analytics. The data is anonymous and users cannot be identified. However, in instances where you have submitted a website form, and given consent, your experience on our website is provided to us. This allows us to tailor our products and services to your individual needs, and provide you with a higher quality service.
